.Since summer has officially ended few days ago, which is something I am rather glad about since personally, summer has never been a favourite season of mine. I mean heat is cool and all, but after a while I feel like it makes as all more tired, grumpy etc. Winter does the opposite. That’s why I personally always liked the in-between seasons, Autumn and Spring. It is honestly just the best, it isn’t too warm or two cold, perfect for people, like myself, who’s bodies (and minds) can’t handle the extreme weather. When it comes to fashion, it also make things much easier. I always feel like it’s much easier to dress when the weather isn’t in all time low or all time high.
And this bring’s me to this outfit. I feel like denim jackets, Dr. Martens and flannels are just such a transitional, outfit pieces when it comes to seasons. Also maybe that’s why the are classified as a freaking cliche too. But this gal loves a flannel and a band tee so sue me I guess. This is also a very good example of my style when I have nowhere to go, no one to see or I’m simply going to work. Easy and comfortable. I’m also a massive fan of this new band tee addition to my wardrobe. If you know me you know how much I love Marilyn Manson and, now that my hair is back to green, I’m colour co-ordianting my favourite artist with my hair. I mean talk about “aesthetic”
I’ll also mention that the title of this post is there for a reason so someone please wake Green Day up!
Today’s post was short and sweet but I feel like most of them are anyway. I’ll promise there’s lots more coming during October! So be ready. How do you feel about the in-between season’s. Do you love them? Or hate them? Let me know!
Until next time.
