As I am typing away, it just started raining, and I’m so glad I’m the safe walls of my bedroom, wrapped up in my blanked with black coffee in my hand to keep me warm and energized, as I would hate being outside currently. As always I had a different outfit, set of photos and thoughts planned for you today but for some reason these articles, didn’t feel… right? Well, they didn’t feel right to publish, not currently anyway. Beides, they are the pieces that require lot’s of writing, bit of reviewing etc, and it was not up to the standard I’ve wanted it to be and it’s been a while since my last post, so I’m sharing with you this outfit, that I shot super fast, mostly because, as you see, the weather wasn’t too kind. But I was so determined to shoot this double denim look that I pushed through the cold and rain and did it! Besides I quite like the misty, foggy, I’m not sure how to call this atmosphere but grey scenery. It reminds me of The Mist, by Stephen King, both book and the movie. Did you read it or watch it? I personally love the movie, watched it ages ago for the first time with my grandmother, who personally is my horror buddy, haha, well we sometimes will watch horror movies together. I haven’t read the book, I will soon! I just need to finish the books I’ve started reading. Do you buy lot’s of books and get around to reading them for so long? I feel like it happens to me all too often. However these gloomy days are perfect to sit in your favourite cozy corner, with a coffee, tea or hot chocolate, whatever you prefer and get lost in the words, different world and scenarios. Especially since the last couple of months the real world seems bit scary. I won’t get into it, besides saying how much I hate it!

all denim all black

I’ve always loved all black looks, obviously, like you can see here, here, here, and basically anywhere else on this blog. What can I say I didn’t chose the all black outfit life, it chose me. But as much as I may seem that this dark aesthetic wasn’t my choice, what can I say, it totally was! But it’s the one that always makes me comfortable, safe, and mostly myself, no matter what silhouette or fabric it comes in. What it is,  most likely I will wear it. For literally few years I loved the all denim outfits, whenever it would be classic Levi’s blue denim, grey or clear white. I loved how it all looked grungy but still well put together, and when it comes to all denim outfits the wide range of styling opportunities, depending on one’s personal style is endless. I’m 100% here for it! However personally, all the all denim looks scared my little bit, as much as I’ve wanted to give them a try, it all seemed too clean and coordinated. Until I’ve seen other people wear all grey and all  black denim looks. I was in awe. It finally looked like the all denim look could be for me. So I’ve finally bit the bullet (is that the phase, idk) and went out and bought this oversized, black denim jacket. It soon became my favourite jacket, after the leather one of course, for days that require that extra layer but it won’t make you overheat. For this outfit, as much as I’m always about the #allblackeverything outfits, I’ve wanted to have this outfit bit more laid back and casual, you know, the kind that is suitable for a day out in the city and chilling at home. Anyone else loves versatile fashion as much as I do? To make it bit more interesting I’ve paired it with my silver tattoo choker, which totally helped me achieve that 90’s grunge vibe, which low key was something I was going for. To add more casual touch but still glam the black matt necklace and rings from The Rogue and Wolf were the perfect option! I love their jewellery mostly, because they do look so casual but can totally go with a night out dress or whatever you wish. And because I am #extra I had to add my big green stone Nadia stone ring, in colour green, because it was too pretty not to wear, and I definitely don’t wear it enough!

Do you have a piece of jewellery that needs more love in your collection? Please let me know in the comments! And what’s your go-to chill outfit for the days when you don’t need to put too much effort? I can’t wait to read your response in the comments, each one of them honestly makes my day so much better ^_^ Have a lovely rest of the evening! Love xxx

I love this outfit, it’s just perfect!! And the atmosphere is really cool in these pics, so you made the right decision when going out and making them. (By the way I’m mot sure I would have done the same, I usually prefer staying at home when it’s raining, too. But there are times when going out is needed even if it rains) I haven’t read or seen The Mist but you made me interested about it, i’ll check on it. My go-to outfit is black trousers (I prefer jeans) with casual T-shirts or narrow, sleeveless top (the color of them? Black… Almost always)
    Lots of love xx
