Dear Upper East Siders…

I’m sorry I couldn’t help myself. I’m sure most of you who are obsessed with fashion know the American TV show ‘Gossip Girl’. I’ve been a huge fan of ‘Gossip Girl’ from season  1 (I’ve seen it when season 3 aired but shhh… don’t tell). I love the characters, cast, locations, music, actors but mostly. Fashion! To be completely honest I have watched every episode, I know every single line and outfit the actor’s are wearing. As this week the last episode of Gossip Girl has aired I have decided to show you all my favorite outfits of Gossip Girl characters from season 1 to 6.

I will start with It Girl. Serena van der Woodsen. Everybody’s favorite It Girl has defiantly an It style. Eric Daman, Costume Designer of the series has made Serena’s style a mixture of old Hollywood glamour, vintage and boho chick. From the since 1 season Serena’s style has defiantly evolved as many designers wanted to see their pieces on the show. From Vera Wang to Marchesta and Chanel, Blake Livley who play’s Serena van der Woodsen, defiantly wears the best of the best. What I love about her style and look is that the way clothes and hair are styled look fabulous but she didn’t put much time into it. Serena’s signature look is defiantly embellishment clothes and lots of jewelry. As an It Girl she always has to shine and look glamorous, and she defiantly does. No matter if its a skirt or jeans. High heels or flats. Formal wear or casual wear. She always looks like a Hollywood icon.
